Masalahnya sering disalahpahami sebagai satu isu tunggal, padahal secara teknis ada <\/span><b>tiga sumber gangguan berbeda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang kerap tertukar satu sama lain:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Flicker akibat mismatch PWM dan shutter kamera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 muncul sebagai kedipan atau garis horizontal bergerak (scanning line).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Moir\u00e9 pattern<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 muncul sebagai pola bergelombang atau garis melengkung, disebabkan interaksi antara pixel pitch videotron dan resolusi sensor kamera, bukan soal timing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Color\/gamma mismatch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 videotron terlihat sinkron di mata, tapi warnanya &#8220;pecah&#8221; atau tidak konsisten saat ditangkap kamera broadcast dengan color grading tertentu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artikel ini membahas ketiganya secara teknis, lengkap dengan SOP konfigurasi yang bisa langsung diterapkan di lapangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Flicker dan Scanning Line: Akar Masalah PWM<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driving IC pada videotron menggunakan Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) untuk mengatur kecerahan LED \u2014 bukan dengan menyalakan LED terus-menerus pada intensitas rendah, melainkan menyalakan-matikan LED sangat cepat (on\/off switching) sehingga mata manusia mempersepsikannya sebagai cahaya stabil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masalahnya muncul saat kamera masuk ke persamaan. Pada refresh rate rendah, siklus on\/off PWM ini cukup lambat sehingga sensor CMOS kamera dengan shutter speed tinggi bisa &#8220;menangkap&#8221; videotron di tengah siklus \u2014 sebagian modul sedang menyala, sebagian belum, menghasilkan garis hitam yang bergerak (rolling shutter effect) atau kedipan tidak beraturan di rekaman, meski mata telanjang tidak melihat masalah apa pun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masalah ini diperparah oleh <\/span><b>perbedaan fase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antara scan clock videotron dan proses frame grab kamera \u2014 dua sinyal yang berjalan independen tanpa referensi waktu bersama.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Moir\u00e9 Pattern: Masalah yang Sering Terlewat<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berbeda dari flicker, moir\u00e9 bukan soal timing \u2014 ini soal resolusi. Moir\u00e9 muncul ketika pola grid pixel pitch videotron (jarak antar LED) berinteraksi dengan pola grid sensor kamera (pixel fotosensitif), menghasilkan pola interferensi baru berupa gelombang atau garis melengkung yang sebenarnya tidak ada di layar aslinya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat keparahan moir\u00e9:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pixel pitch videotron<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 semakin rapat pixel pitch (misalnya P2.6 dibanding P3.9), semakin kecil risiko moir\u00e9 pada jarak syuting yang sama.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Jarak kamera ke layar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 moir\u00e9 cenderung lebih parah pada jarak menengah; terlalu dekat membuat pixel individual terlihat jelas (bukan moir\u00e9, tapi masalah lain), terlalu jauh membuat pola pixel tidak lagi teresolusi oleh sensor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Focal length lensa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 lensa dengan focal length panjang (telephoto) memperbesar risiko moir\u00e9 dibanding wide-angle pada jarak yang sama.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Anti-aliasing filter sensor kamera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 kamera broadcast profesional umumnya punya filter ini lebih baik dibanding kamera consumer, tapi tidak menghilangkan risiko sepenuhnya.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mitigasi:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untuk kebutuhan virtual production atau background broadcast jarak dekat (di bawah 5 meter), gunakan videotron dengan pixel pitch di bawah P2.9. Untuk latar belakang jarak jauh (di atas 10 meter), pixel pitch P3.9\u2013P4.8 umumnya masih aman karena pola grid sudah tidak teresolusi tajam oleh sensor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. SOP Sinkronisasi Refresh Rate dan Frame Rate<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>3.1 Konfigurasi Refresh Rate di Controller<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akses software manajemen videotron (NovaLCT, SmartLCT, atau software setara dari Colorlight\/Linsn). Atur refresh rate pada nilai tinggi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Minimum 3840Hz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untuk kebutuhan broadcast\/dokumentasi kamera umum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>7680Hz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untuk virtual production atau shot jarak dekat dengan shutter speed tinggi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>3.2 Kalibrasi Phase Shift<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gunakan video processor (Novastar VX\/H-series, Brompton Tessera, atau Megapixel VXP untuk keperluan virtual production) untuk mengakses fitur <\/span><b>Phase Shift<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Jika hasil pembagian tidak bulat (misalnya mencoba shutter speed 1\/50 pada refresh rate 3840Hz \u2192 n = 76,8), risiko flicker parsial tetap ada meski refresh rate videotron sudah tinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3.4 Genlock: Sinkronisasi Frame Timing, Bukan Sekadar &#8220;Sinyal Stabil&#8221;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Genlock (generator locking) menyamakan <\/span><b>referensi waktu frame<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antara semua perangkat dalam signal chain \u2014 kamera, video switcher, dan videotron processor \u2014 sehingga semua perangkat memulai dan mengakhiri setiap frame pada momen yang sama persis, bukan sekadar &#8220;kabel yang stabil&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanpa genlock, setiap perangkat menghasilkan frame berdasarkan clock internalnya sendiri. Selisihnya bisa sangat kecil (milidetik), tapi cukup untuk menyebabkan tearing atau frame judder saat switching antar sumber video.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementasi umum di lapangan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gunakan sinyal <\/span><b>tri-level sync<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (standar broadcast HD\/UHD modern) atau <\/span><b>blackburst<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (untuk sistem SD legacy) sebagai referensi genlock bersama.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video processor videotron harus mendukung genlock input \u2014 cek spesifikasi ini sebelum sewa\/beli untuk kebutuhan broadcast, karena tidak semua video processor entry-level punya fitur ini.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kamera broadcast profesional (bukan mirrorless\/DSLR consumer) umumnya sudah punya genlock input built-in; untuk kamera consumer, genlock biasanya tidak tersedia \u2014 jadi sinkronisasi mengandalkan phase shift dan shutter matching saja (poin 3.2\u20133.3).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>3.5 Kalibrasi Warna dan Gamma<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sinkronisasi timing tidak menyelesaikan masalah kalau warna videotron tidak konsisten dengan color pipeline broadcast. Dua hal minimum yang perlu dicek:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Color space matching<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 pastikan output video processor diset ke color space yang sama dengan pipeline broadcast (umumnya Rec.709 untuk HD broadcast, Rec.2020 untuk produksi HDR).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kalibrasi antar-panel (cabinet calibration)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 videotron tersusun dari banyak modul\/cabinet yang bisa punya sedikit perbedaan brightness dan color temperature. Untuk virtual production terutama, perbedaan ini akan sangat terlihat di kamera meski tidak terlalu kentara di mata telanjang. Gunakan fitur calibration bawaan processor atau kalibrator eksternal (colorimeter) sebelum syuting, bukan hanya mengandalkan factory calibration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>4.
